Inclusive Education

Empowering 200 Students with Disabilities Through Education and Skills Development

SPRING Association is committed to promoting inclusive education and skills development as a pathway to independence and economic empowerment for persons with disabilities and marginalized communities. With the support of CHIP Training & Consulting and Sightsavers, through the Standard Chartered-funded “Learning to Earning” project, SPRING successfully empowered 200 students with disabilities by providing accessible learning opportunities, practical skills training, and essential foundational knowledge to improve their livelihood prospects.

Through this initiative, the students were equipped with basic education, vocational skills, and professional training designed to strengthen their confidence and prepare them for income-generating opportunities. A variety of market-oriented courses were offered to help participants build employable skills, enhance self-reliance, and create pathways toward sustainable earnings.

By connecting education with economic empowerment, SPRING enabled these 200 students with disabilities to move closer to independence, dignity, and active participation in the workforce. This initiative reflects SPRING’s ongoing commitment to creating inclusive opportunities where every individual has the skills and support needed to build a secure and empowered future.
