Rehabilitation & Inclusive Healthcare
Promoting Inclusive Healthcare and Rehabilitation
SPRING Association is committed to advancing inclusive health, rehabilitation, and community well-being by ensuring that quality healthcare services are accessible to all, especially persons with disabilities and underserved communities.
Through strategic partnerships with institutions such as the Federal Investigation Agency, Rawalpindi Police, Islamabad Police, AFIRM, Prime Institute of Science and Technology, and Cantonment Hospitals, SPRING has successfully organized multiple medical camps in key areas of Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Attock, Multan, Muzaffargarh, and Gujranwala to address urgent healthcare needs and promote community wellness.
Delivering Community-Based Medical and Emergency Support
These medical camps serve as vital platforms for delivering inclusive primary healthcare services, including medical consultations, health screenings, distribution of essential medicines, and referrals for specialized treatment and rehabilitation support. Particular attention is given to ensuring that persons with disabilities, women, and vulnerable populations can access services in a dignified and supportive environment. By bringing healthcare directly to communities, SPRING helps remove barriers to access while promoting preventive care and early identification of health conditions.
During emergencies and humanitarian crises, SPRING remains responsive by extending essential health services to affected communities. For example, during flood emergencies, the organization mobilized general medical camps to provide urgent healthcare assistance to displaced and vulnerable populations. These interventions reflect SPRING’s dedication to health equity, resilience, and humanitarian response, ensuring that communities continue to receive vital medical and rehabilitation support even in the most challenging circumstances.
